23 years as a L.A. firefighter I witnessed death routinely working at some of the busiest firehouses in America -it made me realize how easily people become forgotten.

A friend died in the line-of-duty...to ensure he would not be forgotten we attached an engraved QR code to his memorial so visitors could see his slideshow of his life...his dash. To do that, we had to setup a google drive, share links, copy and paste links, DIY graphic design & video editing, create pdfs, navigate printshop websites at the worst time when all we wanted was to make an engraved QR code of his memories.
 
I founded DASH to make a beautiful easy way to keep loved ones from becoming forgotten.
